Asian grocery stores and supermarkets stock ingredients, snacks and household goods that general American supermarkets often do not carry, organized by category rather than by country of origin in most stores. Produce and live or fresh seafood sections are usually at the back or side of the store, and weekend mornings bring the largest crowds and freshest restock. Many larger Asian supermarkets include a hot deli or food court counter selling prepared meals by the pound or as fixed plates, useful for a quick lunch while shopping. Labels are frequently bilingual or untranslated, so store staff can usually help locate a specific ingredient if you ask. Cash, cards and mobile pay are all commonly accepted at larger chains; smaller specialty shops may be cash-preferred.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 6 amβ11 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Cary is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cary follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I do most of my shopping at Harris teeter, however, they don't carry everything I need so I end up shopping at different stores which is a little inconvenient. Overall, it's a great store, priced well.

Harris Teeter has a large variety of choices for groceries, over the counter medicines, a pharmacy and a large selection of frozen foods. It is always clean and neat with wide aisles. The staff members are polite and willing to stop to help you find whatever you're looking for. The prices are a little higher than Walmart but you get so many choices and help, that it makes up the difference e in price.

This is the 4th time I have placed large orders from their deli department for my staff. Every time I go to pick there is an issue, they donβt know where the order is, they are missing a tray or two, or the produce dept didnβt make the fruit tray. This past time before Motherβs Day I was there for almost 30 min as a guy struggled to make a accoutrement Platter for the sandwiches. How many chances does a store need to get it right, and I driver to a Publix that is further. Iβm a loyal HT shopper, but I will not be placing my orders with you all anymore

I stopped into Harris Teeter today just to use the restroom, but ended up grabbing a case of water on my way out. The cashier, Nicolas, went above and beyond. He noticed I was carrying the case by hand and immediately offered to get me a shopping cart so I wouldn't have to lug it out to my car. When I didn't catch what he said the first time, he patiently asked again and even flagged down another employee to grab a cart for me. I told him I was fine and would grab one on my way out, but I wanted to make sure his managers knew: Nicolas didn't just ring me up and send me on my way like most cashiers would. He took ownership of making sure I was taken care of. That kind of attentiveness and genuine customer care is rare, and he deserves recognition for it. Please pass along my thanks.

We like their filets. We did buy green apples with a plus code that started with a 9 as organic. However, there was no taste and when I threw them out for the rabbits, squirrels, birds. And other animals, not a single apple was touched. I was very disappointed. A lot of stores will also place non organic fruits and vegetables in a spot for organic, but when you see the plu code does not start with a 9, you have to put it back. Great people and very clean store .
